职位描述：
Responsible to: Business Manager-Asia
Location:Shanghai (preceded by up to 12 months training in Manchester UK)
Main objective:
To be a proactive member of the Asia business unit, providing the engineering support required by customer specific enquires and contracts. Responsible for generation, maintenance and control of the company's technical drawings and parts lists in support of the companies Asia development strategy.
Responsibilities include:
Production, issue and control of layout and component manufacturing drawings as required in support of specific customer enquiries, quotations and contracts, using SolidWorks 3D CAD system and working to recognised international and in-house standards.
Production, issue and maintenance of item master and equipment bills of materials as required in support of specific customer enquiries, quotations and contracts.
Ensuring drawing and documentation meet relevant company and international standards.
Meeting deadlines as required by project and customer timescales.
General engineering support for the Asia region-this may include foreign travel.
A degree of flexibility with respect to scope of duties and working hours as overtime may be necessary from time to time.
Communicating fluently in both Chinese and English language.
