上午主题：外国基金到中国投资
国外VC到中国不仅是寻找本地的直接投资机会，也是出于支持其国外投资组合的需要，
这些投资组合很可能带有一定的中国背景．有些情况下，仅仅是为了对投资案源做尽职
调查，也可能需要跑一趟中国．
下午主题：中国公司海外上市
国内众多公司及知名企业，除了经营自己主业外，还有不少资金想选择优质项目进行投
资，探索新的领域，海外并购，海外上市。众多项目由其高爆炸增长及奇高的利润回报
一直吸引着广大投资人。但由于中国传统不熟不做的理念造就了业界都在观望状态，本
次活动，将汇集中国投资成功的风险投资机构负责人及几十个优质项目和各个领域知名
创业家进行互动交流与对接。
 
Staff are responsible for the following:
1.  Shortlisting High Potential Companies in Science Parks (We alreay have 
the target companies list)
 2.  Invite to INSEAD-Fudan VC Research 
Institution --ntrepreneurs Event (April 6th, 2007)
3.  Collect Namecards of Key Management Team (CEO, CFO or VP)
4.  Enter Contact Data into MS Excel
5.  Lease out booth space for startups to show off their gadgets
