职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate and provide input to tool selection process
Ensure tools meet clients business and technical requirements
Coordinate configuration management of WinTel Servers supporting the clients Tools and Applications
Coordinate interoperability testing of tools for use in the clients environment
Coordinate development and implementation of disaster recovery plans
Create and implement development and production support processes and procedures that cover coding standards, database support, software promotion, implementation of new technology and security
Job Requirements:
Ability to work with clients Team to identify needs
Ability to document and communicate network and computer infrastructure so that they can be understand by all team members and client personnel
Ability to evaluate the hardware and software components of a network infrastructure to assess cost and performance issues
Experience implementing packed solutions
Package configuration and testing skills
Proficient with standard programming tools (e.g., JAVA, .NET)
Ability to train, mentor and support technical staff
Excellent communication skills
BA, BS related degrees or equivalent experience
UML training desired
