职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Provide IT support and outsourcing service to customers, troubleshooting software and hardware problems for customers.
Plan, organize, direct, control and manage IT projects and responsible for the installation, implementation and maintenance of the projects.
Negotiates service contracts and manages a third party vendor selection program to ensure service levels are being met.
Responsible for software and hardware purchase and quotation for customers.
Job Requirements:
Experienced in IT infrastructure planning.
Implementation including the hardware installation, configuration and testing
MCSE certified is a plus
Experiences with Router/Switch set-up/config
Experiences with Desktop/servers able to co-ordinate the set-up
Experiences with the most common OS
PBX experiences is a plus
Able to handle and co-ordinate suppliers and interface with Chinese and foreign third parties
Good at communication of English and Chinese
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics or relevant subjects.
