职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Manage, question, direct the processes tied to the assembly of welding machines
-Drive manufacturing processes and production flow, set up production lay out
-Establish and communicate manufacturing support documents, procedures or specifications (work instruction, routines, cost control, drawings, set ups...)
-Ability to manage day to day production support and problem solving, as well as developing the vision of manufacturing continuous improvement
-Drive manufacturing cost control and cost reduction programs
-Define manufacturing time, minimize manufacturing cost
-Train, direct, and motivate personnel to produce the highest quality parts and products
-Detect and communicate non conformities, propose corrective actions
-Knows all the used manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
-Technical engineering/manufacturing background
-Experienced in similar function or in production department of industrial goods
-Some experience in personnel management, or capable to evolve towards management role
