职位描述: Office Admin.
1. Responsible for SGS(全球采购中心)accounting
- Monthly debit note review
- Monthly chargeback the resources dedicated to corresponding BU
- Air-tickets& Hotel booking
- AT&T, Premiere Conferencing & IP
- Stationery, Rental cost, misc.
2. Responsible for office maintenance
- Central folder management
-working equipment( clearly instruction, regularly inspection)
- seats , cabinets and stationery arrangement
-Meeting room arrangement
3. Responsible for department information communication
- Supervisors to department: Notice, Policy, Presentation,etc
- Department to Supervisors: Department expense, individual reimbursement application/travel order/holiday application
- Meetings planning & coordinate the meetings and minutes

- Information collection: Telephone message, Oral message, Email, Fax, etc.
- Expense claim: Business trip(international&domestic), business local.
- visitors reception
- Meeting arrangement and filing
Requirement:
bachelor degree , speak and write english fulently, good office excel, word and presentation skill,
IT programmer is a plus.
