Duty & Responsibility
Supports Sales Engineet in the identification of Customer requirements & specifications.
Develops Solutions for Customer Specific Applications.
Manages VA/VE initiatives (Tear Down, Line Review).
Develops and maintains a good contact with customer.
Utilises NP&SI process.
Participates in training and technical sessions.
Completes and submits on timely basis all required internal information & reports.
Qualifications
Experience in a matrix environnent.
Ability to communicate with and understand the needs of non-technical internal clients.
Decisive and confident, open and candidate with the ability to energize others.
Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment.
Able to bild strong and dependable teams.
Possesses excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Ability to drive change in products, processes, and organization culture.
Good communication, presentation skills and problem solving skills.
