工作职责范围：
• 监督及管理工程项目的日常进度，包括设定短期、长期的发展目标，工程的预算以及协调分包商之间的工作。
• 审核图纸及工程所需的材料数量，确保计算无误。
• 监控材料的选择及使用。
• 计划工作进程，并有效地组织及使用现场设备及设施，以便如期完成预定的工程。
• 与项目顾问或分包商保持良好的沟通及协调关系。
• 定期参加与分包商举行的例会以确保施工按计划进度实施。
• 监督管理分包商的工作以及监控现场投入的人力资源。
• 监控施工质量及安全施工的相关事宜。
• 解决突发的技术难题，以及任何可能发生的问题。
Requirements：
• Major in Construction, Civil Engineering or Decoration Designing.
• Good at English speaking and writing.
• Willing to travel
Job Description:
• Monitors and manages the day-to-day operations of a program, project or function, including developing short and long-range goals, objectives and budgets, coordinating activities with other sub contractors。
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work。
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials。
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines。
• Liaising with any consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged in the project。
• Attending regular meetings with contractors and to ensure the progress is on schedule。
• Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors。
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site。
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
