Job Description
Provide financial support to China Imaging & Printing Organization including but not limit to the following:
Business Support:
- provide analysis on productivity, ROI, resource deployment, GTM model
- Sales compensation setting
- target and quota setting
- act as finance consultant to business
- ensure adequate controls are in place
Business and Financial Control:
- review discount and COS programs
- communicate policies, process changes, and ensure compliance
- conduct finance related training when necessary
Reporting:
- monthly financial package
- other ac hoc reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications, Experience & Abilities Required:
1. Major in Acounting or Finance or having prior experiences in professional accounting firm
2. Familar with numbers and pay attention to details
3. Committed to quality of the work
4. Ability to work independently and proactively
5. Familiar with Excel and Powerpoint
6. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
