一、测试工程师
工作职责：
测试环境的配置及测试任务的执行。
岗位技术要求：
1、有软件测试或软件开发经验；
2、熟悉IBM相关产品（AIX、WEBSPHERE、DOMINO/NOTES等）；
3、熟悉SQL SERVER、DB2等数据库；
4、日语三级以上水平，良好的日语沟通能力；
5、优秀的英语听说读写能力。

二、Qualifications and Requirements for new senior tester
Primary Accountabilities:
¡ Reproduce defects and verify the fix using the same procedure as reproduction.
¡ Plan, create and execute regression tests to ensure the fixes.
¡ Work on complex problems and analyze situations where solutions may often require creativity and innovation to solve. At least, look for proper person and report the situation correctly, so that the proper person can advise.
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities):
¡ Languages
Ø dvanced English skills required for regular written and oral communication in English.
Ø Japanese skills required checking Japanese UI, more than level 2.
Ø Korean skills are a plus
¡ Understanding of Windows Installer is a plus
¡ Platforms/Operating Systems
Ø Must have a detailed knowledge of Windows OS configuration and administration.
¡ Directory Services
Ø Must have a basic of enterprise directory services (Active Directory, Sun One, Novell), AD is preferred.
¡IT infrastructure components
ØMust have a basic knowledge of key IT components, such as installation of DNS, DHCP, CA, Mail Servers, such as Exchange, Proxy Servers, Firewall solutions, Router/switch configurations, and Web servers, such as IIS and Apache.
¡ Database
Ø Must have a basic understanding of databases. Experience with administration of major database servers, such as DB2, Oracle and SQL server.
¡ Networking
Ø Must have a basic understanding of network components and infrastructure.
¡ Hardware
Ø Must have a basic understanding of PC hardware and components. Understanding of hardware component architecture is a plus.
¡ Programming Languages
Ø Programming language, knowledge of VB, C, C++, .Net or Java is a plus.
¡ Problem Solving

Ø Must have excellent problem solving skills and be capable of breaking down complex situations to discover and resolve root causes, this applies to both technical issues and process issues. At least, must report the problem correctly, so that someone can give advice.
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training and experience):
¡ Team worker
¡ 5 years software engineering experience
¡ The following certification is a plus
Ø CCA, CCEA, MCSE, MCDBA, Oracle Master
