Customer Service Representative (Airfreight or Ocean freight OP)

客户服务(空运或海运操作)

Reporting to Station Manager

Job descriptions:

职位描述:

1.      Ensure that all customer bookings and inquiries are met with a prompt and efficient response. Ensure to comply with the quality requirements and policy.

遵守公司政策和流程,确保按照客户所提供的信息及时的订舱,并积极的反馈客户的询问.      

2.      Ensure to have overseas confirmation of collect shipment & third party billing shipment, and get shipper’s letter of guarantee before cargo departure.

到付和第三方付款的货物,保证在得到国外确认和发货方的书面委托后方可安排发运.

3.      Inform & coordinate shipper to deliver the cargo & document or arrange pick-up per customer’s request.

通知并协调客户准备货物和单据,并依照客户的要求安排及时提货.

4.      Contact customer immediately for any damage or loss of goods

如有任何货损或丢失需及时告知客户.

5.      Ensure the basic inspection of the docs provided by shipper or vendor before handing to customs brokerage team. If any problem, contact shipper or vendor immediately.

报关前,需对客户和代理提供的报关单据进行核查,如有问题,及时与发货人或代理取得联系.

6.      Monitor the cargo status and inform customer if any irregularity occurs with regard to the customs declaration or flight arrangement.

监视货物运输状态,若有任何报关或航班安排非正常情况,需及时通知客户.

7.      Coordinate sales team to follow all shipments from local sales and contact shipper accordingly to sales lead.

根据销售任务指示,协调销售部门共同跟踪新客户,并积极的联系客户








Job requirements:

职位要求:

·        Bachelor degree or above.

本科以上学历.

·        About 2 years related working experience in airfreight or ocean freight forwarding industry.

两年以上相关空运或海运工作经验者优先.

·        Good command of English and PC skills with CET-4 as preference.

英文四级以上,计算机水平良好.

·        Good communication skill.

良好的沟通技巧.

销售代表(室内)

Reporting to Sales Manager

Job descriptions:

职位描述:



1.      Observe useful market information & share with all relevant peoples, departments and customers, including space allocation, market rate, new government regulations, etc.

关注有价值的市场信息,并与其他相关部门人员及客户分享最新的信息,包括行业市场价格,政府最新政策等等.



2.      Quoting, pricing to oversea UPS and customer daily by email or system;

通过邮件或系统给国外的UPS和当地的客户进行日常报价.



3.      Follow up & generate sales lead, for more potential business, sales call by telephone;

跟踪和发掘潜在的销售机会,需与客户维护良好的关系并做定期的客户访问.



4.      As a sales support for out-door sales;

支持(室外)销售的工作.



5.      Reports to management team and customer to have a better picture of our current position and help them to make further adjustments. allocation, market rate, new government regulations, etc.



以积极的态度汇报管理小组和客户,并携助完成对西安市场的进一步调整.

       

6.      Establish close & good working relationship with all customers & co-workers.

与客户和同事建立良好的工作关系



Job requirements:

职位要求:

·        Bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历.

·        Working experience for international transportation is preferable

如有国际运输行业从业者更佳.

·        Excellent command in both verbal & written English

优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力.

·        Good communication skill, open personality and strong sales passion.  

良好的沟通技巧,性格开朗并有很强的销售意识.

·        More than 2 year working experience related ocean import/export industry, familiar with ocean operation procedure.

两年以上海运进出口经验,熟悉海运操作流程者优先
