职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities:

· Conducts initial, annual and follow up factory audit according to Ethical Standard schedule.

· Reviews and verifies factory management practices.

· Identifies areas of improvement by comparing factory management practices with the country laws and Wal-Mart Supplier’s Standards.

· Educates supplier / factory for the necessary changes needed for compliance.

· Reports the audit findings (on-site local language report and Retail Link English report) in an accurate and timely manner.

· Amends reports when requested by management (under certain circumstances, Ethical Standard Supervisor is authorized to amend report to avoid any delay in reporting).

· Other tasks assigned by management.

· Transfer Wal-Mart culture to suppliers and factories

· Enhance Wal-Mart’s culture and image

Requirements:

· Station in Shenzhen

· University fresh graduate major in Environmental Science/ Chemical / Law / Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

· With fluent English skill in speaking / writing and reading ( CET 6 or Major in English )

· Work ethics and Integrity is a must

· With SA 8000 certification will be an advantage

· Knowledgeable in local labor laws, EHS requirement and other common practices in the region

· Proactive and independent with creativity

· Able to work under pressure

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Frequent travel is required
