职位描述: Position: VTGC-Secretary (One Year Contract)
Role (Purpose of the job):
Provide secretarial support to Central Sales Department
Key Responsibility:
1)Provide secretarial support to Sales Department:
- Make travel arrangements, such as booking air tickets, hotels and logistics for the department head, collecting air ticket and invoice, and preparing vouchers.
- Handle mails, EMS and faxes; order stationary; arrange expatriates’ rental payment, etc.
- Collect vouchers from regions and Finance department for sales department head’s approval.
- Prepare expense reimbursement reports for department head.
2)Arrange sales department meetings and take minutes; arrange sales department activities such as national sales meetings.
3)Provide daily secretarial support to sales department working process and contract execution:
- Prepare bidding documents.
- Support Logistics Manager in preparing contracts of each deal, filing the contracts, and updating the market company stock list.
- Back up Logistic Manager on shipping arrangement & tracking, L/C checking and contract input into the system.
- Provide regional sales team as needed.
Main competence requirements & Qualifications:
Good command of English in both speaking and writing
English or International Trade major preferred
Experience in international trade and secretarial work preferred
Good communication skill
Strong team work spirit
Hard working
Proficiency in MS office software, especially Excel, PPT and Word.
