职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Transfer and co-develop advance DRAM manufacturing technologies and products form IDM to SMIC fabs.
2. Quickly and precisely process installation and yield ramping up
3. Establish and implement plans and strategies to achieve transferred products quality
4. Maintenance and understanding of etch responsible process flow
5. DRAM product device turning and process integration to achieve the quality improvement and yield enhancement
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in related subject: Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor, Physical, etc.
2. Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
3. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
