Qualification:
*Junior college degree or above
*Familiar with Microsoft Office Kits, database experience will be a plus
*Have a nice voice and command of standard spoken mandarin
*Working experience in service industry (esp. call center experience) will be a plus
*Positive work attitude, including patient, careful and aggressive
*Good interpersonal skill with teamwork spirit
Main Responsibilities:
*Receiving and handling service request /consultation /complaint calls from customers
*Maintaining service base information updated in management system timely
*Monitoring and controlling service performance in terms of the data reflected by management system
*Conducting customer satisfaction survey through phone
*Generating service performance reports periodically for customers and intern
