职位描述: Responsibities:
1.Process and manage customer's orders in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines, function's performance standard and business rules with competence in Diamond system, particularly inter-area, sample and return & diversion order process.
2.Track order status of overall order process with highlights in shipment/delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth delivery of products to customers.
3.Act as backup to other specialized team members on order handling.
4.Work closely with Serve The Customer team to solve problem at each stage of pre-order entry, order entry, post order entry and coordination of supply chain activities.
5.Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with relevant business and functional groups through excellent communication skills.
6.Develop the level of computer skills to be able to handle daily operations and other activities as assigned.
7.Handling incoming enquiries as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner.
8.Gain knowledge on invoicing and pricing mechanism, documentation flow process, Letter of Credit process, customs clearance, local government regulations, shipping, etc.
9.Work continuously on improvements, identify root causes of defects in process and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Good command of English in speaking, writing, reading and listening.
Srong interpersonal and commucation skills.
