职位描述: This position is to ensure daily Finance issues process smoothly, responsible for A/R control.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain daily and monthly GL entries
- Recon balance sheet accounts and follow up to clear outstanding items
- Provide detailed reporting and work closely with other functions to ensure timely submit variance analysis of A/R.
- Contract administrator: File contracts and maintain contract master file
- Control overseas and domestic outstanding
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- College degree or above, major in finance or accounting
- Good computer skills especially Excel
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Good communication skills and team work
- Full of responsibility
- Carefulness and enjoy hard-working
- Strong concern for deadlines and orderly work
- Self-motivated, initiative and able to work under pressure
