-Assist on organization review

-Ensure the implementation of training policy to meet company and employee needs
-Build up training needs curriculum matrix
-Ensure the implementation of training plan, coordinate and monitor the training process
-Present the orientation training program of HR
-Maintain the training record and relevant training data
-Training course and vendor selection
Employee development:
-Assist to build up the employee career ladder
-Employee development plan follow up
