职位描述: Responsibilities:
-Supervise and monitor performance of service partners at check-in, boarding, aircraft cleaning, baggage, ramp and cargo operational areas
-Customer servicing at the airport and handling passengers’ concern
-Manage/build cordial relationships with various airport departments
-Develop, formulate and implement marketing strategies pertaining to cargo sales
-Analyze sales trends and prepare cargo sales/marketing reports
-Any other duties/functions as directed by SilkAir Manager
Requirements:
-A recognized Bachelor Degree/Diploma
-Good command of oral and written English
-Mature, highly self-motivated, customer-orientated and disciplined
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work on weekends, public holidays and able to work at the airport
-Knowledge of cargo sales and marketing experience will be an advantage.
