Our Current Opening Position Details:

Type:               Analytical
Job Title:          Intern (实习生)
Location:           Shanghai
Business Practice:      Employee Benefits Services
Travel Requirements:        Under 20%

As an associate within the Employee Benefits Service Practice, you will be
able to enhance your actuarial skills as you team with consultants to
support clients in the areas of retirement and pension, as well as a wider
mix of Human Resource initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
"   Undertaking analytical work, including actuarial valuations
"   Carrying out research into legislative issues, e.g. new regulations,
etc. and communicating the consulting implications to consultants and
clients
"   Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables, proposals and
presentations for clients
"   Resolving client queries and helping to maintain client relationship

Requirements and Qualification:
"   Strong education background (研究生二年级) - major in Actuarial,
Mathematics,  Economics, Finance or other related
"   Well developed analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, communication
and presentation skills
"   Ability to work independently
"   Computer literacy - a strong understanding of Word and Excel is
essential, knowledge of PowerPoint ad Lotus Notes would be an advantage
"   Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work on own initiative
to tight deadlines
