职位描述(Job Descriptions)
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the SGS team and suppliers to develop a business plan, conduct Fertilizer & Chemical manufacturing or custom made product in China or ASIA. Look up technical literature about synthesis process based upon chemical structure and make the efficiently scheme.
2. Provide product recommendations and technical data support directly to Scotts Global Services.
3. Direct and execute Chemical & Fertilizer vendors (Chemical Plant) development programme as required with Scotts R&D support teams. Vendors date base setting up for Scotts strategy utilizes.
4. Development vendor relationship and solving specific problems corporately.
5. Co-ordinate with colleagues in other functions (Marketing/Sales, Industry Liaison, etc ) to ensure the successful launch of new products/project.
6. Process Asian vendor’s assessment/audit; manage Scotts Global Services part of administrations.
7. Identify, develop and optimize synthesis process that can make the consistent quality product at the lowest cost possible while minimizing process waste.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in organic chemistry or fertilizer chemistry refined chemical engineering, with lab experience in technical support. Fresh graduates are welcome.
2. Strong technical background in chemistry or chemical engineering and a good understanding in general science.
3. Knowledge of refining, Fertilizer blending and/or agriculture/horticulture additives is required
4. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and good scouring experience
5. Strong self-starter with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to short time-scales
6. Willingness to travel on business as part of the role
7. Excellent written and spoken English, at least CET 4, Mandarin & Cantonese language skills are a must.
