Now we are looking for intern of Finance Asia Headquarter, located on West Nan
jing Road, Shanghai:

Position: Intern for Sales/Marketing Department

Responsibilities:

-  Assist Dept manager to handle business information;
-  Assist Dept for all office logistics, including office supply/control, vend
or payment, trip arrangement, etc.
-  Responsible for customer information/documents/file management;
-  Sales documents translation, internal approval/process;
-  Meeting organization and action tracking;
-  Marketing activities support, including exhibitions, tech shows, etc.

Requirements：

-  Good English communication skills;
-  Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and willing to undertake tasks 
in urgent manner;
-  Good at office software;
-  A good team player with good interpersonal skills
-  Full time job (at least 4 days per week), till Sep.30, 2007
