Responsibilities:
For breakthrough projects that require designing solutions and support of complex end-to-end digital broadcasting systems. The successful applicant will work with the sales and marketing organization to provide technical support on bids, consultancy to clients, system design and review, and pre-sales technical support services. This customer-facing role requires strong communications and technical skills
Requirements:
Engineers with an overall understanding from system perspective and hands-on experience in Digital Pay TV.
Minimum BSc in broadcast fields or Computer Science or related
Experience in digital television, MPEG-2 compression and DVB
In-depth knowledge of conditional access systems
Network knowledge (TCP/IP Ethernet and WAN routers)
General knowledge of Mobile Phone technology is appreciated
General knowledge of Telecom technology is appreciated
Oracle database and applications experience
Good communication skills and team working
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
Ability to learn new areas and develop new skills and work under pressure
Willingness for frequent travel in China
