职位描述：
Preferred Qualifications of New Resources for SAP Projects
Fluent in local language (Japan, China)
Fluent in English
Experience with tier 1 ERP package implementation, ideally SAP (i.e. was part of such a system implementation)
Project management experience, or understanding of the project management discipline
Understanding of local Nordson business practices / processes
Understanding of local Nordson organization
Proactive communicator
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Ability to work across cultures and geographic distances
Skills in business process analysis / design
Self-starter
Quick learner
Willingness to travel abroad for extended period of time
Ability to get visas to travel to the US/other countries
Role on EFD Project (Reports to Project Manager in U.S. or other project team member)
Participates in business process requirements discussions
Learns the International SAP functionality and its application to the EFD business
Assists with development of new business processes and documentation for EFD
Assists in development of training plans and materials
Participates in integration testing
As practical, assists in training implementation
Timing: 3-4 months prior to EFD go-live
Role on Japan / China Project (Reports to Project Manager in Europe or U.S.)
Local coordinator / project manager for all tasks and activities taking place at local site
Participates in business process requirements discussions and ensures scope and requirements are properly defined
Assists with language facilitation between local and English-speaking groups where needed
Ensures steady and strong communications between local team and remote team members
Lead for business process design and documentation
Lead for development and implementation of training plans and materials
Assists with coordination and scheduling of local on-site events (integration testing, training, meetings, etc.)
Acquires / identifies, and coordinates / manages activities of, all local resources for project (key business users, external contractors / consultants, trainers, etc.)
