职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting for draw and coating process and equipment problem
- Undertake effective draw process control
- Improve draw process and technology
- Improve quality and productivity performance
- Responsible for coating application software maintenance and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Coating Engineering, Polymer Science and Engineering, Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering
- Solid knowledge of coating process and technology
- Familiar with QB/VB programming
- Good work attitude and teamwork
