1.Receive, welcome, book and refer visitors to the relevant individual/department.
2.Responsible for company meeting room/car booking, staff business trip arrangement, including air ticket and hotel accommodation.
3.Accept delivery of mail/courier and keep record.
4.Maintain the reception area in a tidy condition.
5.Connect, transfer and screen in coming calls; take and pass on message.
6.Assist on office stationary replenishment.
Requirement:
1.College degree or above
2.Familiar with office facilities and good command of computer MS software
3.Detail-oriented and hands-on
4.Excellent team spirit and willing to provide assistance
