职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day office general administration;
- Manage VIP and customer visits professionally on the administration side;
- Provide secretarial support to China Operation Manager;
- Provide flawless execution of hotel bookings, flight bookings and car arrangements;
- To organize business events and activities;
- Other assignments from team as required and coordinate with Fin Dept. & HR Dept.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor （Science）
- Fluent written and oral English;
- Good Knowledge of MS office;
- Mature communication and coordination skills.
