职位描述: 1. Take business call from internal and international everyday
2. Receive visitors and register, in order to ensure security.
3. Receive and send the letters and expresses and packages from outside, and delivery in time
4. Responsible for the internal and international express and register
5. Book the tickets and hotels for each department and personal related.
6. Arrange the schedule of the meeting rooms, keep order
7. Book and check the office supplies for each departments, improve the supplier’s services
8. Register and check the every employee annual leave
9. Liquidate and check all relevant administrative costs and report to Finance Department
10. Update new employees and former employee of the telephone list, send the information to GICS of the employees in and out of the office
11. Cooperate with the secretaries of each department in printing business cards with the staff.
12. Cooperate with HR Department in preparing gate cards, printing, and install for new employees
13. Cooperate with HR Department in arranging the internal training and help coordinate the logistics work
14. Arrange the vehicle out and home from Wuxi factory and other transport guests out of the airport, and make a complete record
15. Accomplish Administrative, HR and other departments to arrange other matters
Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Good communication skills
3. Good command of English ( both oral and written)
4. High sense of responsibility
