职位描述: Position: Researcher
Responsibilities:
-Scouring directories and database
-Direct sourcing of prospective candidates in targeted companies
-First screening & identifying potential candidates either by telephone interview or face-to-face interview
-Assisting to prepare candidate reports, progress reports and reference check reports etc.
-Building-up database and collecting information of market talents and clients
-Helping to prepare materials for business development and client visits
-Other responsibilities assigned by team leader
Qualifications:
-University degree or above
-Candidates who are interested in the executive search field possessing an out-going personality and a fast learning character will also be considered.
-Open-minded, flexible, proactive, smart, must win spirit and result oriented
-Dare to meet challenge and conquer difficulties, career development aim is to be an excellent headhunter.
-Able to work under pressure and with patience
-Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English.
-Solid computer and internet skills.
-Qualified candidate with great potential will be considered for the associate consultant role.
