职位描述：
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Fluent in Japanese, with certificate of JLPT level 1 is preferred;
3. Good command of both oral and written English;
4. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
5. Mature, hardworking, customer-driven, with excellent inter-personal skills;
6. Must be a team player.
Accountabilities:
1. Responsible to booking capture according to the working procedure, including booking review, capture and rating;
2. Coordinate with relative department to make sure operating smoothly;
3. Communicate with the Operations team if necessary;
4. Communicate with the customer in mainland Japan if necessary.
