- Our client is the leading supplier of ship machinery, propulsion and maneuvering solutions for all types of marine vessels and offshore applications. Their service network takes complete care of customers’ ship machinery at every lifecycle stage.
To cope with the fast growth of the company and better leverage the resources from the market to ensure better competitiveness, entrusted by our client, Talent Spotter takes this assignment to search for qualified and motivated talents to join the winning team.
Position: Quality Manager
Report to: Managing Director, Finland
Job Location: Shanghai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for creating and developing;
- Be familiy with Quality system ISO 9001;
- Environmental system ISO 14001;
- Health and Safety systems ISO 18001;
- Quality Assurance processes and systems together with quality expert;
- All factory process descriptions;
- Support for quality assurance control;
- Classification of components and generating sets;
- Contacts to Classification Societies;
- Firefighting system;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree minimum in Engineering;
- Good track record and experience on quality field;
- Good skills in oral and written English;
- Good knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 Systems;
- Good knowledge on Chinese and International standards.
Successful candidates will be offered long-term development programs and career development plans, which allow them to grow into more senior positions.
