Position: IT Intern

Working Location: Xin Zhuang
(provide shuttle bus at Lian Hua Road Station of Metro Line 1)

Job Description:

--Provide day-to-day assistance to IT staff on PC installation, trouble-shooti
ng, IT asset checking and documentation;
--Provide IT supoort for internal users;
--Help IT department to ensure that all users expectations are met or exceeded
; problems are followed-up in a timely and effective manner.


Job Requirements:

--Can work 5 days/week and for 6 months;
--Junior of University or college, preferably majoring in computer science or
an equivalent combination of education and experience;
--Proven intern responsible experience in exuring end-user satisfaction with t
echnology system is desirable;
--Basic usage and trouble-shooting for PC/laptop and other peripheral equipmen
t;
--Skilled with Microsoft products such as Windows XP, MS Office and other popu
lar tools;
--H/W such as PC Desktop/Laptop, peripheral equipment such as printer and scan
ner;
--Basic Computer troubleshooting knowledge;
--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player;
--Generic verbal and written capability in both English and Mandarin.


Remuneration: about RMB 70yuan/day (with free lunch box)
