1. Firmware Engineer (Location: Taipei, Beijing)
Education:
Bachelor or above, Major in computer software/hardware electronic engineering/telecommunication or related

Responsibilities:
Software Application Development and customer support Working on WinCE DTV device driver

Requirements:
\" Strong experience on embedded system programming in C/C++
\" Development experience on WinCE operating system.
\" Prefer knowledge of Mpeg 1/2/4 encoding/decoding.

3. RF IC Design Engineer (Location: Taipei, Beijing)

Job Description:
The position\'s primary responsibility is to design and verify RF tuner ICs for wireless applications. Specific duties include:

\" Design broadband RF and mixed-signal circuits - amplifiers, mixers, VGA, PLL, VCO, ADC, and/or DAC.
\" Define circuit performance specifications.
\" Develop and implement characterization and testing plans.
\" Supervise IC layout.
\" Measure and verify circuit performance when IC returns from fab.
\" Perform yield analysis and prepare the IC for production.
\" Provide guidance to Hardware/Test Engineers.

Requirements:
\" MSEE with 5 years of experience in RF IC design.
\" Design experience using Cadence mixed-mode simulation tools, schematic capture and layout tools, DRC and LVS tools.
\" Must have prior successful designs in CMOS, commercial products a plus.
\" Hands-on experience characterizing and verifying IC.
\" Knowledge of lab test equipments and product-level automated test equipments.
\" Understanding of IC fabrication process and yield analysis.

4. IC Verification Engineer (Location: Beijing, Santa Clara)

\" Fluent in Perl, Tckle, C-shell scripts.
\" Good in C, C++, System-C, and Vera language.
\" Knowing how to build the overall test benches with automation scheme.

Job Description:
1.developing, evaluating, and testing state-of-the-art mobile communication system architecture.

1. IC Design Engineer
Job description :

- contribute to architecture definition of CODEC IC
- Design IC modules by certain algorithm/standard, deliver related RTL code
- Verification on implemented modules and take part in system debugging
- Write design specification

Required profile :

Specific
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (Masters preferred).
- Experienced in Verilog or VHDL coding;
- Experienced with some simulation tools, such as VCS or Modelsim
- Be familar with typical IC design flow
- Be familar with Video compression principal (H.264, MPEG2, etc)
- Experienced in Video CODEC IC design, deep understanding on some detailed implementations, such as Motion compensation, filtering, entropy parsing,etc, is preferred
2. PHY Automation ENGINEER
Responsibility:

- Develops the necessary software to enable automatic validation of the xDSL Physical Layer
- Automate a shared lab over different continents using modern internet technology
- Got good knowledge of object oriented languages (java, visual basic) and scripting languages (TCL/TK, perl,…)
- Understand the working principles of test equipment (arbitrary waveform generators, network analyzer, line simulators, …) and Central Office DSL equipment (multiple brands of DSLAM\'s)
- Interpret the results of the automated tests and as such he has a good view on the different xDSL standards
- Be aware of the magnitude of equipment investment and has high focus equipment occupancy efficiency.
- Travel abroad for solving field issues, giving technical support or attending conferences and plugtests happen a few times a year

Education and Skills:

- Masters degree in electrical engineering or Software Engineering
- 3+ year experience in automation and / or xDSL
- Experience in IP, ATM, OO/C++, control systems, would be an advantage
