Knowledge required
Hardware and software for Network and PC environments (Mandatory)
TCP/IP protocol (Mandatory)
Operative Systems:Windows 2000/Xp PC (Mandatory)
Windows 2000/2003 server (Optional-Training from HO)
Lotus Notes-Domino (Optional-Training from HO)
Citrix Metaframe (Optional-Training from HO)
Users Management (Active Directory & LDAP) (Optional-Training from HO)
Security (NOKIA-CheckPoint) & Networking (CISCO-HP) Devices and Software (Optional-Training from HO)

Responsibilities to be assigned (Operative Role)
Interaction with INF: updates-aligning-coordinated activities execution:
Area Asset Management (Hardware-Software-Licensing)
Remote PC installation (from Master disc)/re-installation and configuration on Lan Ethernet/Wireless
Control of physical back up for Area Servers-Restore management when needed
Antivirus management on Area devices
Technical software installation on PC
Citrix metaframe session management
Control of Lotus domino replication
Control of windows file system replication
Control of firewall e Access point
Printers management
Local systems' monitoring-HO systems' monitoring when necessary
Interaction with Support (Support-Help Desk)
Maintenance and trouble management with HO ICT and local suppliers
User education
Gerarchical Dependency from SH Structure
Functional Dependency from HO ICT

Will be needed at least 2 months of training based in HO (startup)
Will be needed at least 1 week at year based in HO (recursive)
