China is rapidly reforming its pension system from exclusive reliance on Social Security to a more diversified system in which employer based pensions play a large role. Given the pace of change of China's economic development this is arguably the world’s most exciting market in which to build a benefits consulting business. It is targeting a 10-fold growth in its benefits consulting revenues over the period to 2010.
To achieve this growth It needs experienced market-facing consultants to join our China benefits and actuarial consulting team. The senior members of this team work collaboratively to build our market visibility, develop new services and to grow the technical and consulting capability of the team.
