- 职位描述：

- Major responsibilities:
This position is responsible primarily for Supporting end users in our Shanghai office.
1.Day to day support of our staff in Shanghai (around 20 people) and local client support.
2.Some server management and networking will be required, in co-ordination with Beijing Head office.
3.Provide support for database applications using Oracle and SQL server.
4.Troubleshoot, identify and report problems with end user software.
5.Take charge of most IT operations/projects within Shanghai office and liaise with local providers to achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
1.Item Excellent knowledge and support of Microsoft environment, including standard applications.
2.Degree in a technical discipline preferred but not essential .
3.Professional qualifications well regarded (e.g. MCSE, CCNA/IE, A+ etc)
4.Prior experience or skill in any of the following will be well regarded, SQL programming, Visual Basic, Linux/Unix operating systems.
5.Good verbal and written understanding of English.
6.Problem solving mentality.
7.Keenness and willingness to learn.
8.Able to operate Independantly but take direction when given.

a natural team player, good communicator, flexible, good listener,
able to look at problems from different viewpoints and angles, not afraid to try out new things
