1.Day to day support of our staff in Beijing (around 80 people). 2.Building and maintenance of all PC's in Beijing. 3.Act as first line of support for all applications and PC issues within the Beijing network. 4.Troubleshoot, identify and report problems with end user software. 5.Ensure all equipment is tracked and allocated accordingly.
Qualifications:
1.Excellent knowledge and support of Microsoft environment, including standard applications. 2.Technical related Degree preferred but not essential. 3.Professional qualifications would be an advantage (e.g. MCSE, CCNA, A+ etc) 4.Good verbal and written understanding of English. 5.Problem solving mentality. 6.Keenness and willingness to learn. 7.Ideal position for new graduates willing to learn IT from the ground up.
