职位描述：
1、音视频文件的处理，包括格式转换、各种效果处理等。
2、音视频素材库、模板库的完美、创新与实践；
3、音视频兼职资源库的建立、更新与管理；进行多媒体课件的音频视频处理工作。

职位要求：
1、多媒体或影视艺术创意、编导及相关设计专业毕业；
2、熟练操作常用专业数字音视频摄录设备或设施；
3、熟练使用常用音视频软件（如COOLEDIT、AE、PREMERE等）、非线性编辑制作平台；
4、对音视频压缩、编码及流媒体技术有一定了解；
5、对flv格式的音视频非常了解；
6、要求有比较熟练的英语听说读写能力；
7、计算机及相关专业专科及以上学历，薪酬面议。
