-负责办公室日常行政事务处理(如电话过滤等);协助各类筹备组织工作(如公司会议,接待外籍客户等)
-协助部门完成工厂管理工作,协调各部门之间其他工作。
-合理安排、处理公司所有行政事宜
职位要求
-本科学历,电脑能力较好,熟练使用办公软件。英文CET-6,听说读写流利。有独立协调处理事件能力,个性爽朗,反应迅速;
-良好的抗压性及应变能力,思路清晰,考虑问题细致周全,善于沟通协调。
--工作积极主动,态度端正,认真仔细,有责任心
-良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,逻辑思维强,善于分析问题
Job description
-Collect and deliver document to and from the units/departments;
-Take care of daily support regarding Office Administration; ensure the smooth operation and a favourable working environment.
-Handle admin service tasks like reception, switch board answering, stationery and office supplies purchasing and distribution, equipment maintenance, hotel reservation etc.
-Coordinate in company activities arrangement and implementation, and other works as assigned.
Requirements:
-Good command of oral and written English
-Command of MS application
-Service - oriented, orderly, good teamwork spirit, positive, responsible, patient and loyal.
-Capability of covering multiple tasks & work independently;
