Job Requirement
-Major in Computer Science
-Excellent problem solving skills, ability to consider overall problem
-Familiar with Microsoft Windows OS series, including Server and Client
-Knowledge of inter networking knowledge
-Be cooperative and hard-working
-Good sense of flow processing
-Good command of English both in written and spoken
-Strong sense of responsibility as well as service
-Good at communication skills
-Helpdesk or customer service experience
Job Responsibilities
-IT incident , service handling, including client and server troubleshooting.
-Maintenance Server room management and equipments maintenance
-Problem analysis and process making
-End user instruction and support on line or on site
-Consulting and training simplify for users
-Perform other assigned tasks, IT projects: Project management
-IT Asset Management: PC servers and client LAN equipment
-Coordination of local vendors
