Major Responsibilities:
-Coordinates with supervisors to execute the launch of new logistics/distribution systems.
-Executes the daily operations of the customer services, distribution, import/export and order processing systems.
-Assists with the development of supply recommendations.
-Provides analytical support for procurement of assigned items.
-Takes part in negotiations with suppliers to assure the established quality standards and volumes are met.
-Keeps updated on the competitiveness of current and potential suppliers.
-Assist others in buying, develop specifications, approve requestions, select sources, expedite deliveries and maintain contact with vendors.
