职位描述：
Responsibility:
Handling assignment flow, keep track and maintain the assignments inflow and outflow list.
Set up and maintain time reporting and invoice structure in MUS.
Responsible for invoice flow, handling invoice summary and monthly report on invoice situation.
Keep track and maintain purchase orders.
Interface towards Finance and Business Control department in China and Sweden.
Support to project managers on cost tracking, create and maintain web pages, arrange project activities, conduct statistics.
Support to Project Office operation.
Requirements:
Taking responsibility, able to act and drive by self.
Ability to organize and work efficiently.
Flexibility in working.
Team work spirit, willing to support others.
Good knowledge in excel.
Quick learner.
Good English communication skill (both in written and verbal).
