职位描述: OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Accounts Payable Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Processor is responsible for processing pre-coded invoices in the SAP Accounts Payable System and travel and entertainment reports on behalf of Project Crystal.
Responsibilities/Authorities
Travel & Entertainment
Process hard copy T&E reports and release of payment.
Index and file hard copy expense reports with supporting documentation.
Monitor and respond to routine inquiries regarding expense reports.
Work to resolve escalated helpdesk calls.
Provide assistance to employees on payment and reconciliation issues
Maintain T&E master data (e.g. user access requests, payment information, approval workflow structure).
Maintain T&E process procedures.
Provide T&E metrics as listed in Schedule 4-L and as otherwise required under the MSA.
Provide assistance to employees and the card provider(s) on corporate card queries.
Process electronic T&E receipts.
Accounts Payable
Process direct and indirect invoices and credit notes.
Process customs documents against original invoices as per fiscal requirements.
Reprocess rejected invoices.
Scan and link invoice image after document is posted (i.e. late archiving).
Communicate to vendors on behalf of Global Shared Services financial shared services employees.
Process inter-company invoices.
Process T&E expense claims.
Prepare Manual adjustments
Monthly reconciliation of AP accounts
Other Features of Role
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods
Non-standard hours may be required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and COMPETENCIES:
Functional
1+ working in Accounts Payable and/or Travel & Entertainment required.
Basic Accounts Payable/Travel and Entertainment experience.
Experience in a service delivery role desirable.
User of PC’s in Windows environment.
SAP systems exposure preferred, minimum exposure to ERP environment required.
Industry
Experience working in accounting/financial functions in general products industries preferable (e.g. Pharmaceuticals, Health and Life Sciences).
Education
Degree with major in accounting, finance or a related field.
Interpersonal
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Japanese. Must be able to read and understand English.
Ability to be flexible with job duties and scope of work.
Customer Service
Interact courteously with customers and ensure interaction provides a high quality of service.
Analyze customer needs through soliciting, evaluating and acting upon customer feedback
Coordinate with other internal departments to deliver seamless service to customers
Language: Good command of Japanese in both written and spoken.
