Job Description:

To assist GM in supervising and reporting the daily work and making communication and coordination between departments etc.

To assist GM in drafting and issuing relevant documents and be responsible for the documents and files management;

To assist GM in arranger and attending the meetings and conferences and to record and convey the notes and minutes there of in a timely manner;

Org. BU exhibition sales meeting and visitor reception.
