- Duties & responsibilities
1.Assists HR Manager in performing employment and termination procedure to in and out such as employment registration/termination, personal files transfer and necessary documentation submission in a timely basis.
2.Maintains HR department filing system according to the company standard and ensures that information in all files are compete, update and accurate.
3.Manage worker’s personnel files and ensures the implementation compiles with Wagas files administration policy.
4.Monitors the implementation of HR OT and attendance policies and reports to the HR manager if have any issues.
5.Assist in office translations and internal memos
6.Schedule interviews and manage interview process related issues.
Pre-requisites:
1.1 year relative working experience at least
2.Proficiency in both written and spoken English
3.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4.Excellent computer and typing skills
5.Efficient, well-organized and responsible
