Internship Position: ICS Assistant – Organization, Information Systems and Pr
ocess Improvement (OIP) Department


Responsibilities:

Work in the area of Internal-Control-Systems (due to Sarbanes Oxley Act)
* Support implementation of internal IS processes (contract management, securi
ty management, authorization process for SAP R/3)
* Create documentation of processes
* Coordinate and prepare meetings between different departments within the org
anization (including Germany)
* Support preparation of audits of the relevant processes
* Various administrative tasks

Requirements:

* Degree in computer science or IT appreciated
* Basic knowledge of SAP R/3
* Good and effective spoken and written English skills
* Open and professional communication style
* Team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment&#8

Duration: 6 months, at least 3-4 days per week

Location: Citigroup Tower, Shanghai
