Flash memory is a system on chip product. Flash memory circuit design includes
the charge pump, u-controller, sensing circuit design and validation. FPG Sha
nghai has the total solution capability of flash memory design, product valida
tion, product engineering, Qual to product release to high volume manufactory.
Job Description:
1) Major in EE, microelectronic is preferred.
2) Grade 3 for un-graduated, grade 1-2 for graduated student.
3) Has the project experienced is preferred.
a.Familiar with Cadence tool
b.Familiar with Unix environment
c.Familiar with hspice, eldo, modelsim, ADMS, VHDL ….
