职位描述：
Requirements:
1)Familiar with QAD/ERP system administration and enterprise database administration.
2)Good QAD progress programming skills and solid Windows 2003 networking & Unix OS knowledge.
3)Solid knowledge and experience with ERP applications and a clear understanding of the business operations in a manufacturing environment like Finance, Production, Logistics.
4)A strong customer-focused attitude and ability to smoothly communicate at all levels in English.
5)Creative and open-minded, energetic under high work pressure.
6)Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibility:
1)Be responsible for QAD customization coding and program change control.
2)Act as the QAD system and database administrator for centralized QAD/ERP system.
3)Provide QAD/ERP technical support to end users such as access security control.
4)Execute the project assignment and QAD end-user's customization requirements on time.
5)Implement, develop and maintain various interfaces with QAD/ERP system like EDI, Barcode, etc.
6)Update QAD service patch properly when necessary.
7)Backup QAD/ERP system data and ensure the whole system security in accordance with internal control procedures and SOX requirements.
8)Manage the QAD licensing issues and ensure the licensing related policies are carried out strictly.
9)Work out internal QAD Helpdesk workflow & SLA and provide the QAD Helpdesk support accordingly.
10)Participate in the global/regional ERP related project as needed.
