Responsibilities:
Web MQ/Middleware Enablement Specialist focuses on the delivery of Web Enablement support for problems requests for service and administration of the Web Enablement environment on customer sites. It includes ensuring that the services provided to individual customers meet the terms and conditions of contracts; achievement of SLA objectives; achievement of a high level of customer satisfaction; and also ensuring that project tasks assigned meet time and customer satisfaction objectives.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in English or computer science is required.
-Java related certification is a plus.
-Prefer to have technical skills in WebSphere Application server, WebSphere Application Server product suite, WebMethods WebLogic Tivoli Access Manager/Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM/TAM), Oracle Application Server, Tuxedo, Apache IBM HTTP server, Intel (Windows) Operating Systems Concepts, z/OS (Mainframe) Operating System Concepts, UNIX Operating System Concepts, Shell Scripting, TCPIP/Networking Fundamentals, SUN One Application Server, SUN One Iplanet Web Server,J2EE.
