Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
1Responsible for sourcing and purchasing for Raw Material, MRO, EHS, Office.
2Evaluating and selecting qualified supplier for the company and maintain updated networks of supplier.
3Establish purchasing plan, negotiation and implementation of contractual arrangement with material/services suppliers. Assure that the materials/services.
4satisfy requirement. Assure the delivery of goods/services as per signed agreements/contracts.
5Control cost and inventory level.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1Bachelor degree or above.
2Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
3Familiar with international trade item, Customs affairs and contract low.
4Strong communication skill and team work.
